The Brick House on Washington Street

Three guest bedrooms in a Colonial home on Washington Street make a great launchpad for visitors to Keene. From here, it's a pleasant walk or drive to Downtown restaurants, the theatre and shops. The Sterling family has owned this pretty place since 1982 and a design studio operates in the barn portion of the space. The open living room with TV and original fireplace adjoin a "tea room" with a bright bay window. Family chef-approved, guests are welcome to use the spacious kitchen.

The Barn on Broadway

The Barn on Broadway: A 1900's reno was brought back to life in 2025. This fresh space balances history with beautiful new finishes. It's a stand alone property with an open concept- loft-style one bedroom king, full kitchen, 3/4 bath and a cozy back patio. The space sits next to Body Mechanix Massage (don't forget to book your services ahead of time!) and is within walking distance to historic downtown Dover, just a short drive to many seacoast beaches and minutes from UNH.

Our rustic 6-bedroom ski lodge is base camp for epic skiing at many major NH resorts - Loon, Waterville Valley, Cannon, all nearby. Unwind in our cedar outdoor hot tub under the stars. After a day on the slopes, gather around the outdoor firepit or cozy up by the indoor fireplace. Don't miss the nearby Ice Castles for family fun.

It’s perfect for your next vacation offering endless opportunities for relaxation, adventure or ice cream. Once a horse barn, this 1500 sq ft has been fully restored in 2021.
