Super clean king bedroom and bathroom, shoutout to the adorable woodsy private bath! Cute and cozy place

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

it was late check in and Bill was very accommodating. the location is very quite and right next to the ocean. highly recommended

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for our wedding anniversary, the room was adorable with a very responsive host. Craig and Ginny were great, Craig gave us recommendations for a day trip to make the most out of our short 2 day trip, and we hit a lot of amazing highlights of the cape! We would love to come back one day!

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. Our host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We especially loved the cozy outdoor patio, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a getaway in a spot where you can walk to everything.

Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and on sight restaurants at the loon river walk. Had a great time and would stay here again!

Ace was a fantastic host. Great communication and very friendly. The place was easily walkable to the downtown area. Only a street away from one of my favorite restaurants, Horsefeathers! Check in was as described and the pool/hot tub was definitely our favorite amenity. Recommend!

This rental was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I came out to the Berkshires with some family to take advantage of the outdoors and local communities. I've been coming out to the Berkshires for years, so I was familiar with the area, and couldn't have asked for a more convenient location with the rental being close enough to lots of great towns and main roads or highways. There was lots to do at the resort, and everything was open much later than I would have expected. The rental space itself was vary spacious and having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen and balcony were great aspects that totally added to the whole experience. I felt it was a great value for what's available in the area. We didn't have any issues with any part of our stay, so I was very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking advantage of everything the Berkshires has to offer.

This stay was perfect in all ways. It was a nice setting and a great place for families to stay with big apartments and great amenities. The host and staff were helpful and responsive. The kitchen had all we needed for meal prep.

Our time at the Franklin Hotel was amazing, the room was clean, updated and in an amazing location and the host was very timely with responses and more than friendly! we will absolutely be staying there again!

Very cozy apartment at the Inn perfect for our family of four, close to shops, cafes, the beach, and restaurants. Skating at the rink next door with borrowed skates from the Inn was a bonus! Such a friendly welcoming staff!

Fantastic location, easy check in and felt very safe. The balcony is such fun- you would think the sound from outside would be loud but this place completely blocks it out. Will definitely rent here again when looking to stay downtown! :)

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Seagrove. La localisation est très pratique pour aller à la plage ou à Provincetown. L’endroit est magnifique. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants et des tables et des chaises pour manger dehors, très pratique!

I stayed at Jennifer's place for business and loved it. I loved the hardwood floors and antique furniture. Jennifer was wonderfully hospitable and I had a relaxing evening before a long day of work -- Just what I needed.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Anne was super quick to confirm my last minute stay as I was traveling through. Loved the decor. I appreciate the fact that quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all available in your bathroom for use. Common areas were plenty, spacious and had a variety of activities for use. The kitchen has everything you would need, including complimentary coffee and tea. I did not use the hot tub but the country side view in the backyard is wonderful. There are lots of outdoor adventures near by. Checkin was easy, instructions were clear and thorough. Would 100% stay here again.

J'avais lu les commentaires ultra positifs, je restais prudente. Tout est simplement parfait. La propreté, la clarté des informations, la vue incroyable, la plage où on accepte les chiens, la clientèle respectueuse, calme, endroit sécuritaire, la chambre impeccable, l'intimité, la sainte paix. On n'entend pratiquement pas les autos. Le héron qui pêche à nos pieds, coucher de soleil, lever de soleil. J'y retourne c'est certain!

Very comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Good to have two bathrooms. Space is tight in the living area but to be expected in NYC. Decor a little tired which detracted from first impression of the apartment but overall we were very happy with our stay. Responsive helpful hosts. Really enjoyed our time in the Lower East Side!
