Can sleep up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen is stocked with a few days of self serve breakfast supplies to start your visit.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

Newly renovated self contained cottage minutes from the beach, shops and walks. The Shack has had a new lease of life and sits at the back of your hosts house. You have your own entrance and privacy, a spa to soak in and your own courtyard to watch the sunset. Comes with a friendly dog too! A 2 minute walk to watch the sunrise on the beach or the same to watch the sunset over Christchurch. Markets , hot pools, supermarket and shops 15 min walk. Bus stop to city also close. Perfect!

This beautiful townhouse is well-appointed and spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen and good WiFi, a 3-minute walk to the beach and 6 minutes to the grocery store. The Carebnb team is responsive and helpful Ideal for those exploring New Brighton with nearby hot pools playgrounds and library. A car is necessary to go into the city but street parking is usually available

Our delightfully renovated apartment is only metres walking distance to the beach & New Brighton. Private entrance. This well equiped unit has light & airy spaces with shared courtyard. Our 2 bedroom apartment is ideally suited for a couple with a comfortable queen bed. Fully equiped kitchen with open plan living/dining. Bedroom 2 has a Nood Couch set up as 2 single beds. The apartment is attached to our yoga school. shared courtyard . not suitable for toddlers.
