Romantic 1 bed and bath walking distance to town

After retirement, Jim and Katherine ran a B&B (high accolades in Travel Advisor) and now offer a beautiful refurbished room and bath in their home walking distance to Nevada City. Hot tub with robes provided. Coffee and tea on the patio or in formal dining room. Hosts are warm and helpful and will direct you to fun things to experience locally! Home filled with antiques. High quality queen bed and linens, Roku with flatscreen tv and walk in closet. Wine glasses, water and snacks in room.

Three Sisters Ranch

Come enjoy life on the ranch! Before you book send an inquiry so we can make sure your experience at the Ranch will be AWESOME! Complete with a hearty ranch breakfast, friendly dog, cattle, and lots of wildlife and everything else the Country life has to offer. If you want to bring your horse contact me lots of local riding trails. Come enjoy the Peace! Due to stairs ( the guest suite is upstairs) and large animals etc. The Ranch isn't really a suitable for children less then 4 years old.

(Please be vaccinated.) Large, upstairs sunny room with private bath, in private home. 3 blocks from downtown Nevada City, pretty downhill (then uphill) walk, so you can have dessert. Comfortable memory foam queen bed; breakfast usually possible on request, coffee always. Because it's necessary to life. Free wifi.
