Centrally located between Nevada City and Grass Valley - only 5 minutes to each downtown. This beautifully remodeled home features a large screened in porch, a tranquil pond with waterfall fountain and a spectacular setting surrounded by tall trees and offering lovely views. The space is private, quiet, and comes with all necessities: a full kitchen, ample parking, outdoor seating + coffee! Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

You'll love the unique charm of this house- exposed beams, & cozy nooks. Features bedroom w/ queen-size bed, spacious living room (w/ foldout memory foam queen bed- ideal for 1 adult or 2 kids). Fully stocked kitchen, & bathroom.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
