Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Herzlich Willkommen! Genießen Sie die Ruhe am Land, sportliche Aktivitäten (zb. Laufen, Radfahren, Reiten, Tennis, …), die Nähe zu Wien und zum Flughafen Wien. Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und ist südlich von Wien gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus/Zug ist die Verkehrsanbindung an Wien gegeben. Die Wohnung im OG steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Nahe dem Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Minuten von den Strandbädern Neusiedl & Weiden (5 Min Auto, 30 Min zu Fuß) - ist diese verträumte Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele des nördlichen Burgenlands. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sous-terrain des Hauses (angenehm kühl im Sommer). Die Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss. Ein separater Eingang, Bad im SZ, WC, eigene Küche mit Grundausstattung für gemütliche Kochabende und viele Nischen im Garten, laden zum ungestörten Verweilen ein.

Seid gegrüßt in unserem liebevoll hergerichteten Purbachhof! Bei uns könnt ihr wohnen wie zur Renaissance mit dem Komfort von heute. Unser Haus aus dem Jahr 1569 liegt innerhalb der Wehrmauern von Purbach und ist zentral gelegen – nur 5-10 Minuten zur historischen Kellergasse und den Stadttoren. Mit deiner Anmeldung erhält ihr außerdem gratis die Burgenland Card mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen! Der Check-in ist mittels Zahlencode rund um die Uhr möglich, auch wenn wir einmal nicht da sind.

Das Haus ist klimatisiert, hell, geräumig, leicht zu erreichen und mit Komfort ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer, eine offenes Wohn-, Esszimmer und Küche, Wintergarten, Terrasse, Kino und einen Flügel. Der Blick reicht bis zum "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" und das Grundstück geht bis zu den Gleisen auf denen die Sonnenland Draisinen unterwegs sind. Auf der Terrasse kann man das Leben bei einer Kaffeekreation genießen, die Du Dir gratis aus der Kaffeemaschine ziehen kannst. Was will man mehr?

Genieße das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Wohnung. Im Sommer lädt die Garten Terrasse zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Der Naschmarkt und beliebte Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U4 Station Pilgramgasse ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine neue Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler und Induktionsherd. Im ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmer steht dir ein Einbauschrank zur Verfügung. The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.
