All amenities oceanside: pool, clubhouse, gazebo, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 4 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & bathrooms.

Tastefully refurbished in 2022 and ready to provide guests with a fabulous, Florida vacation experience. The tropical rear yard backs up to a scenic waterway enjoying picturesque boat & water views. The evening sunsets are frequently spectacular. You will love watching the Manatees and fish play & feed from the private dock. The beach is a short stroll way. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

Even though you'll swim in a lovely screened in pool, get ready to grab a beach chair and & head to the ocean just 8 miles away. Because you are close to everything, you can dine, shop, fish, see a movie or go for a walk in the nearby botanical gardens. Connect to super fast Wi-Fi to work on one of the two desks or catch up on email.

Nettles Island Beach House on the River

Wide River View House in Nettles Island. Charming old Florida area. Incredible view of the River facing South. In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.

Attached beachfront restaurant. Beach chairs (do NOT exceed maximum weight limit ), beach umbrella, boogie board in unit. USE ALL BEACH EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
