Just finished a complete remodel. Make some memories at this unique, family and pet friendly waterfront cottage with private dock and amazing views of the Indian River. This home comes with a golf cart. Located in Nettles Island with an abundance of amenities to enjoy, 2 swimming pools, private beach, pickle ball and basketball courts, horseshoe, mini golf, gym, and much more! Private marina, restaurant, and store located inside of the community. Great restaurants nearby! Roomy 973 square feet.

Go to YouTube and search “The Pineapple Palace on Hutchinson Island”. STRICT no pets or children 12 and under! We cannot accommodate boats and trailers. Relaxing, peaceful, & sunny! A perfect romantic rendezvous spot or a place to take the kids! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Short 3 min walk to beach! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

Swim in the heated pool or just lounge and work on your tan (loungers by pool provided), relax on the beach all day and then enjoy a beach front dinner on the outside deck of Shuckers restaurant, which is onsite. Come enjoy the weather and everything south Florida has to offer. You deserve it!

Extraordinary location, private, beach path, cozy

Location, privacy, ocean. Due to health concerns, pool seen from aerial shots not available Nov-May because owners will be in residence in the main house. Welcome to Nova Beach Cottage, the guest house on the oceanfront estate of famous sculptor, Mihai Popa, a.k.a. “Nova”. Located on the south tip of North Hutchinson Island directly next to the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Garden and beach path a few steps from the cottage. Screened patio from bedroom.

Spacious water view home in an active community!

This spacious waterfront home is a vacationers delight! Our home is clean, bright and airy with a beautiful sunset view each night. We’ve spotted dolphins and manatees in the water off the back- and caught countless fish. For years my family has spent time on Nettles Island enjoying all the amenities that the community offers.
