It is away from the busy high-rise resorts area, in a safe and up-scale neighborhood on the east side of the island. The beaches on this side of the island are only 8 to 10 minute away. It is a haven for anyone who needs to relax and recharge from a hectic lifestyle and/or for people who want to have an exciting island experience.

Your brand new luxury and private paradise is situated in a tropical garden in a quiet neighborhood, close to the most beautiful beaches and the high rise hotel area (where the action is). Bars, restaurants and great supermarkets are close. The place is peaceful and spacious and is ideal for two friends or a couple. Minimart & laundry with same day service at 3 min walking distance. Use of WIFI, BBQ, beach chairs & cooler, lanterns for sun-setting and beach towels are all complimentary.

This luxurious oceanfront villa is ideal for divers, surfers and families! Oceanfront (easy access) with beautiful reef in front of the house, great dive shop (courses all ages and levels) next door and short walk to Kralendijk's centre. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
