The flat is new and shiny. It is located next to the wonderful golden beach of Sunny Beach - 300 meters walking distance. The building is a new private complex with many facilities such as a swimming pool, a garden, a gym, a reception and a children playground. You have access to all of them. The apartment has all needed conditions for your holiday - fully equipped kitchen witch contains a dishwasher machine, an oven , hobs, a refrigerator, kitchen utensils . There is also a washing and a drying machine, a large bathroom. The balcony has a great view to the garden and the mountains. It is a perfect place for morning coffee.
