Janette was absolutely wonderful! She added so many touches to this beautiful home that made such a difference. There was plenty of coffee pods, tea bags, a litre of milk, a bottle of wine, boxes of tissues, laundry and kitchen items and a lovely welcome note on the table… just to mention a few things. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was spectacular. The reverse cycle ironstone and gas fire were very welcome on some of the colder evenings. Thank you so much, Janette! You made our stay totally stress-free! We’ll be back next time we’re in Melbourne! Steve and Heather

A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful place! Pictures don’t do it justice!! My friends and I stayed here, and were amazed by the amenities, the view and the overall look of the place. Suzie was very quick to respond to our messages, and gave us clear instructions with how to check-in! :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer 😊

We loved our weekend break at Kylie’s Rosebud home - the backyard was spacious and peaceful, and we had everything we needed for a few quiet days away with our pup. Loved the quick walk down to the beach! Thanks so much for having us x

Beach18 was a fabulous house for our family weekend away. Spacious, comfortable living area, comfy beds,good kitchen, excellent outdoor BBQ and dining area, and lovely garden with a cubby house for our grandson. A really great find close to lots of attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. Ash and Jason were quick to respond to all messages and generously allowed us an early check in and late check out. Would recommend hughly

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

Having the whole family together in the one house was great. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close enough to cowes to go to big supermarkets but there is a little market and pub around the corner with everything you need. Back yard was great area for BBQ and relaxing. Our hosts were available via message to help with and questions we had. There is so much to do on Phillip Island. Such a lovely place to spend time.

It was a really nice experience of Airbnb. It is located at 32 floor. The view was gorgeous. The house is clean and spacious. The only problem would be the bathroom in the master room. My dad was locked inside for 10 minutes cuz the locker doesn’t work for some reasons. Anyway, it was an amazing stay with my family. :)

Great base while exploring Wilson's prom. warm and inviting stay. having the animals on the property was a great addition. Norm was so accommodating allowing the kids to meet and feed the chickens.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Jodie‘s incredible Airbnb, and it is hands down one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. From the moment I booked the place, communication was seamless. Jodie was incredibly responsive, to any question and providing helpful tips about the area. The house itself was so spacious even more beautiful than the photos. It was absolutely spotless, cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the little details that made it feel like home away from home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and the bathrooms had all the amenities we could possibly need. I was also really impressed with the high-quality linens and toiletries. It is really clear the host cares about their guest’s comfort. Location was great too, tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to all the local attractions. An oasis to unwind for a group of Mums who desperately needed some time out!!
