The lower level walks out to an elevated fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and use the extended yard space for games or relax and enjoy the peace. Each level has a bedroom and full bathroom, in addition the lower level has a sleeper couch and a large screen tv. Our home is in town with off street parking. Enter home using key pad.

Paul & Bev's Pine Street Cottage

Located on a quiet, treed lot, this cottage has hardwood floors, high ceilings, lovingly updated. A charming place to sit on the enclosed front porch and enjoy a cup of coffee. Or sit out on the deck and catch the morning sun filtering through the trees. The dining room table will easily seat 6, but there is room for more! Wifi and cable television is provided (including 70+ channels). Full-sized washer and dryer. And even an outside clothes line is available. Cute, comfortable!

Welcome to The October House —built during the Civil War. Step back in time to experience a different era. However, just like the 1860’s there are a lot of stairs. If you crave a unique historical experience in the exact middle point of historic Brownville, NE then this is for you. Conveniently located directly across the street from The Brownville Market! However, fair warning, this house is not an accessible place for those who can’t handle stairs or do not like the rustic life!

Rock Port, Missouri - Home with a View

The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.
