“Cosy Kōwhai” Sunny, Private Guesthouse

The outdoor dining area is a great place for a bbq dinner as the sun goes down or if you don’t feel like cooking there is plenty of great food and bar options within a 2 minute walk

The upstairs tenants are long term, quiet & the way the flats are laid out, there is no noise transfer between them. It is in an inner city suburb surrounded by local Nelson families - so please expect the odd neighbourhood noise or visit from a passing cat. The owners live on the adjacent property & very friendly & engaging.

Treetop Sanctuary With Sea Views

Recently renovated this 1940s weatherboard house with polished rimu floors is full of character and charm. Beautifully decorated and filled with artwork by local artists (and some from a bit farther afield) this is truly a home away from home. The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.

Easy, small but comfortable, open plan home. Walking distance to Richmond shops and supermarkets. 15 minutes drive to Mapua or Nelson centre and Tahunanui Beach. Private back section house with plenty of outdoor entertaining area. BBQ and pizza oven for fun summer evenings and a long driveway for kids to ride their bikes. Tree is safe for climbing.Port-a-cot is available. There are plenty of toys for the kids and there is Netflix for those rainy inside days.
