You are surrounded by lush regenerating bush with diverse birdsong and wildlive while breathing in pure air or drinking spring fed water. This is a truly relaxing place in privacy, off-grid. Enjoy cooking in the funky kitchen, an open air shower or soak in the fire bath, or some quality time in our cosy hut. All this is close to Motueka, stunning beaches, Nationalparks etc

Bird's Nest – Charming Sunny Family House

Bird's Nest is a private sunny family house surrounded by a secluded peaceful garden with lots of trees and birds. A perfect place to relax and rest with your family while exploring the Abel Tasman Nationalpark, the Great Taste Cycle Trail or the Richmond Hills. The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

Great location in Hope, 3 minutes from Richmond by car, 25 minutes to Motueka, 20-25 minutes to Nelson

Ranch slider opens onto a small deck where you can sit on the park bench or eat at the large table enjoying the view or watching the animals. Centrally located to the wineries and NZ oldest pub - The Moutere Inn. A great starting or relaxing way to finish the Abel Tasman in the Kahurangi National Park.
