Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay, with a vegan option on request. Beaconview

We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish to have 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

Kaiteriteri Seachange, Garden Apartment

We have 2 Queen Bedrooms both with en-suites, (a third Super King bedroom is available and can be used for an additional cost), breakfast/living area and large outdoor living space for you to use. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. 10 minute walk to both central Nelson City and the hospital; this private, self-contained studio apartment with a king bed upstairs and couch downstairs that folds out to a double with bathroom and kitchenette has a gorgeous outlook. The unit is separate with own private entrance up a path attached to the side of our quiet home. The path is steep - hence the lovely outlook, but it may not suit people with mobility issues.

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.

Cath and Al are kiwi locals having been born and brought up in this area and lived here all our lives. We are happy to give guests advice on where to visit and what to see. Our accommodation is located in a quiet peaceful location with bush and native birdsong on a ridge. There are breathtaking views across Sandy Bay, Marahau and Abel Tasman National Park from the apartment.
