A modern private one bedroom apartment ideal for couples. Located in a quiet and peaceful setting with fabulous views of Richmond Hills. The studio is attached to the main house but is very private and has its own external access and patio. The studio opens out onto a sunny patio with a BBQ avaliable and an outdoor table and chairs. WestBrook Cabin is situated in the beautiful Brook valley, 2 km from Nelson city. A flat scenic walk or cycle will take you along the Brook stream into town or continue up the valley and you will discover the Brook valley Bird sanctuary. Our location is perfect for mountain bikers, as we are at the base of the Dun Mountain Trails and Coppermine tracks. The Cabin is brand new, fully insulated and purpose built for visitors any time of the year. Warm, cozy and nestled in a quiet garden.

A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

No smoking within the property please. The unit is ideal for short stay visitors who are happy to dine out. Air fryer, Electric fry pan, Microwave, electric jug, cutlery, plates etc. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juice and Breakfast cereal provided. Dining table but no washing machine. Compact, Self contained, clean, quiet, comfortable and 10 mins walk to City Centre. Surrounded by trees but still has a unique uninterrupted view of the Port and City.

Private with Nelson on your doorstep.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.
