This beautifull villa is perfect for 1 to 8 guests. Has a big livingroom with a big sofa and 43 inch tv with Netflix. Complete kitchen. 3 airconditioned sleepingrooms with king and queen beds (luxe boxsprings). Bathroom with bowl, toilet, warm water shower. On request boat for island hopping only 3 minuts walk, ask caretaker for availability. 3 minutes with trycycle to Alona beach. Going to Alona you pass by lot of restaurants and bars. During your stay the caretaker can always assist you.

The house lies inside a s subdivision with a guard 24/7. Modern style house with just a short walk to Panagsama with its restaurants, bars and dive shops. HSC is a secluded homestay on the South West Island of Cebu. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listed price is based on a 4-guest occupancy. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.
