Located in a guarded subdivision. No carport, parking will be in front of the house. 1 bedroom has double size bed, wardrobe, split type aircon and electric fan. 2nd room has single bunk bed, wardrobe and stand fan and small exhaust fan to share AC from other room. Split type AC in the living room. 6 min away by tricycle to Puregold Supermaket and main road where you can then go places around the city. 1 ride to downtown. Silay airport is 30min away.
