Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Sherwyn’s condo unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.Communication was seamless! He was very responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

The unit was big enough and it felt like home, everything is available. There are clear instructions on every side of the cabinets,made it easy for my kids to follow. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and other amenities. The host was very mabait,proactive and clear with all the reminders, I dont have to ask questions kasi everything was already communicated. Security was also excellent, and frontdesk was great too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and by far my #1 now from all the airbnb’s we previously stayed. ill definitely book it again when I go back to iloilo.

We had a great time staying at Rio's condo. Rio and Ld were very responsive and even let us check in early since the unit was ready when we arrived. The condo was nice, clean, and cozy. I'm so happy I chose this unit over others I saw – we were very satisfied! It was easy to get to restaurants, and both 7/11 and Coffee Bean were just a short walk away. There’s also a laundry service that delivers right to your door, which was really convenient. The condo is close to SM Iloilo City and Festive Walk Mall, which I loved. I also liked being able to cook in the unit, which helped us save money by avoiding eating out. The pool access was a nice touch. Our 5-day stay was too short, and I wish we could stay longer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely book this place again when we return to Iloilo.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

Everything was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels, and the bed was super cozy. Communication with the host was seamless—friendly and responsive. Iloilo is indeed a City of Love----but what made our trip even more memorable was staying at Karen’s Place. It truly felt like home! Even if you just stay in, it still feels like a vacation. The property is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials. The AC is cold, the bed is super comfy, and we had zero issues with the internet—perfect for remote work. Karen is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The building’s security personnel were also friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the cozy nook area is just lovely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property.

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

Nice place to stay if you're planning for a staycation, especially when you want to cook a meal for your family, equipped with the necessary cooking equipment except for the knife, but never an issue; we make use of the available bread knife. The host is also very accommodating and responsive. I requested her for a checkout by 12 noon since my baby likes to swim; she allowed us to stay until 2 pm. We'll be sure to come back. 🙂

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 3D2N. The location is very accessible as it is only a few minutes away from SM City Iloilo. Amenities are also complete and functioning well. Unit is big enough for up to 5 people and it is very clean as well. The host is very responsive and answers all the inquiries nicely. Instructions given are all clear and well explained. I highly recommend thia place if you will be visiting Iloilo.
