We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

The home is a short 7 minute walk to Ashmont T Stop. A unique master bedroom and a cozy 2nd bedroom adjacent to a marble spa bathroom (with heated floor and a large shower & built-in bench). With a clean, glass-tiled kitchen & granite-top counters, you’ll be staying in a nice deluxe suite that is set in a friendly, safe neighborhood. Enjoy the feel of a downtown hotel without the high price. Note: There’s no separate living room, but comfortable seating is available in the 2nd bedroom & kitchen

The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)
