Theta Guesthouse

Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

This house is a tribute to our dearest mother Ioanna who was born in this village and her wish was a house by the sea she so adored. It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. Enjoy its special vibe and location, amazing sea view, peaceful surrounding with no direct neighboors. Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

Phaos

Phaos located in Kyparissia, specifically in the port of Kyparissia. They have an amazing panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the mountains. Each apartment unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooker, a flat-screen smart TV in all the rooms and the living room, a private bathroom with shower and a seating area with a sofa, and air codition. Τhe balconies have an awesome view to the port and the mountains and you can admire the sunsets. Is on the first floor and is 90m2.

Απέχει 4 χλμ από τον ποταμό Νέδα, 14 χλμ από τον Ναό του Επικούρειου Απόλλωνα, 27 χλμ από την Ανδρίτσαινα και 23 χλμ από τη Νέα Φιγαλεία (Ζούρτσα).

Προσφέρει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό, κουζίνα με ψυγειο, φούρνο,πλυντήριο πιάτων και τις απαραίτητες μικρές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές , καθώς και μπάνιο με πληντύριο ρούχων, δωρεάν προϊόντα μπάνιου, πετσέτες και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Παρέχονται επίσης και λευκά είδη εντός του καταλύματος.
