CLOSE to everything! Med Center, Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, NFM, Aksarben, Baxter Arena and Downtown! Three floors of roominess with a garage and patio w/ gas grill. Our duplex is a designated airbnb so there are no personal belongings in the duplex. It's YOURS for the time you are there! We have good wifi, cable tv and a workspace on the lower level with a printer. Enjoy the attached garage! The duplex is on a cul de sac where the neighbors are welcoming except for loud parties. Located in Midtown Omaha, an urban area with restaurants and bars. Walking distance to Midtown Crossing and Blackstone shops, bars, restaurants. Close but not walking distance to Zoo, Downtown, Schwalb and CHI Center. -NO CABLE - Log in to your streaming service. -STEEP STAIRS going to lower level. Also, no bathroom on the main floor (warning for mobility issues!) -HISTORIC - It's remodeled but 100+ year-old wood, which can smell 'musty' and can 'creak' when you walk!
