The AK Peaks

Εξοχικό διαμέρισμα κοντά στη θάλασσα που συνδυάζει όλες τις ανέσεις, καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρόμο δίπλα σε μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά με περπάτημα απ΄ο την παραλία και το κέντρο της Περαμου όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα αξιοθέατα του χωριού. Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, δύο μονά, δυο σπαστα κρεβατια αριστης ποιοτητας, και έναν μεγάλο και πολύ άνετο καναπέ. Επίσης υπάρχουν δυο μπαλκόνια όπως επίσης και οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι για να είναι λειτουργικό.

Άνετη, φωτεινή μονοκατοικία για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια ή παρέες, ιδανική για ξεκούραση μετά από μια μέρα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση- 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια- από τη θάλασσα σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μέσα σε δέντρα και φύση.Η Ασπροβάλτα για βραδινές βόλτες απέχει 10 λεπτά ενώ οι ακτές της Καβάλας μόλις 15 λεπτά. Στην αυλή υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης και ένας κήπος με δέντρα και φυτά. Ακόμη οι επισκέπτες έχουν σταθερά πρόσβαση σε γρήγορο ίντερνετ ( πανω απο 100Mbps) σε ολόκληρο το κατάλυμα.

The house is located on the ground floor. ΄΄Limanaki House'' has its own private beautiful garden that allows our guests to sit and enjoy personal moments of relaxation with the family and friends. The House is also ideal for families with children and for older ages because it has no stairs. The supermarket and the pharmacy are 5 meters away. Local traditional taverns and a small harbor is 3 minutes walk. A bus station is across from the house. You are in the city center in 10 minutes.
