Εξοχικό διαμέρισμα κοντά στη θάλασσα που συνδυάζει όλες τις ανέσεις, καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρόμο δίπλα σε μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά με περπάτημα απ΄ο την παραλία και το κέντρο της Περαμου όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα αξιοθέατα του χωριού. Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, δύο μονά, δυο σπαστα κρεβατια αριστης ποιοτητας, και έναν μεγάλο και πολύ άνετο καναπέ. Επίσης υπάρχουν δυο μπαλκόνια όπως επίσης και οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι για να είναι λειτουργικό.

Nea Iraklitsa is a charming small coastal town with its own harbor and a sandy beach stretching about 2 km. The beach starts in the east with a steep, rocky cape. This area is ideal if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. In the central part of the beach, many restaurants and cafes offer visitors numerous sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. In the western part, the beach seamlessly transitions into a promenade lined with taverns and beach activities

Anthi's up-floor apartment

A studio on the first floor of a two-storey building. Bright and spacious with a large double bed and a new more comfort mattress, two "single-sofa-beds" (Check photos). The house is located in the center of the village, so you can use your feet . All the shops are within walking distance and you may find everything you need for your vacation. The nearest sandy and shallow beach is at 45 meters and Ammolofi is 1.5 km away. IMPORTANT NOTE: "single-sofa-beds" can sleep only children 4-5 years old.

It is viewing the garden of the property which is available to visit and enjoy. The distance of the closest beach - sandy, shallow with crystal water - is approximately 50 m. and famous Ammolofoi is about 3 km away. In the same building there is a mini market.

The apartment is located in the heart of Nea Peramos. In a walking dinstance of 2 minutes there are shops, bars, restaurant and the sea. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 1 semi-double bed and 1 single bed, living-room, kitchen and toilet. It is fully furnished and equipped. The two terraces, one front and one at the backyard, can offer beautiful times and relaxing. The apartment is ideal for families and small groups.

Lovely studio with beautiful garden

You can relax in a place surrounded by plants, at a close distance (5-10 minutes by feet) from the centre of Kavala. You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. Do not think about parking your car because you have an individual closed garage.The garage is 4.80 meters long and the garage door is 2.75 meters wide and 1.76 meters high.
