Our peaceful cottage is nestled among the redwoods, a few miles inland from the Mendocino Coast. High ceilings and skylights make this space feel spacious, offering natural light, and views of the majestic trees. The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

The Philo Dome

The Dome is a wonderful getaway for families or a group of friends. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2-story home in the heart of the Anderson Valley wine country. Gaze at the stars from the hot tub, sample some fruit from the orchard, explore the redwoods and suspension bridge, swim in the Navarro River and visit local wineries and farms. A true country getaway! It shares the property with a cottage (periodically occupied by the owners), but maintains a feeling of privacy and has amazing views.

Meadow Wood on the Mendocino Coast is a modern county home in a lovely meadow surrounded by redwoods. It is a serene setting 2 miles inland from the ocean, avoiding our foggy summer days. Multiple State Parks and beaches are a short drive away. There is abundant wildlife and year-round wild flowers. Nearby is excellent dining; art galleries, theater, golf, tennis, spas, kayaking, fishing, nightlife and unique shopping in Mendocino, Little River and Fort Bragg. Stay several days to enjoy it all.

The Linger LongerRanch is the name that Doc Edwards chose for his Summer home. The Edwards were one of the first families to come from the Bay Area to find peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Brennan's Cottage

Welcome to a peaceful and unique getaway in the heart of Anderson Valley. This custom-built house sits on 40 acres and is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy the wrap-around porches, surrounding gardens and the outdoor vintage claw-foot bathtub. Dappled sunlight reaches through majestic redwoods, and the rock pool with the sweet sound of running water is the perfect place to sit and relax. The house is rustic, and strikingly beautiful with an elegant country charm. Nurture yourself.

Crispin Cottage

A small but cozy cabin, warmed by our kerosene heater in the winter and with a small air conditioner for the heat waves of summer. The sunroom maintained by my sister is warm on sunny winter days and cool during the summer. Our property is peaceful, with only my mother, sister and my sister's grandson living in the two other dwellings on the three acre property. We offer complete privacy for those that prefer it; or for those that enjoy it, we love meeting and gretting our guests.

Handcrafted Hideaway Near Mendocino

Our cabin is nestled among redwood trees a few miles from the wild Pacific Ocean, historic Mendocino, and the Anderson Valley wine country. A place to relax, recharge, or finish a creative project. Bookings include Mendocino County tourism tax. No pets due to wildlife, and host allergies. Note: bear, fox, hawks, quail, bats, lizards, banana slugs, bobcat, spiders are part of the forest ecosystem and may occasionally visit the vicinity.
