The cozy artistic studio is located on the second floor of a detached building. As you reach the top of the stairs you’ll walk through the owners textile studio into the 576 sq ft. Grizzly Hideaway Guesthouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Pinetop, AZ, right by Woodland Lake Park with its Pickleball courts, lake, hiking trails, paved walking trail, disc golf and playgrounds. This guest apartment is separate from the larger living area of the house, sharing only a wall. The larger area may or may not be rented while you are there. There are no shared indoor spaces. The entry is off the side of the house. If no one is renting the large house, you may use the yards.

Come relax with the whole family in this charming 1 bedroom/1 bath bunkhouse, sleeps up to 6 people. There is 1 king bed, and 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds (165 lb weight limit per bunk). Fully equipped kitchen. Standing shower in the bathroom. Plenty of entertainment on property with a pool table, board games, and TV inside, a fire pit, BBQ, horseshoes, and hammock outside.
