Az M3-as Metro, az 51-es, az 1-es villamos 5-10 perc gyalogtávolság a lakástól. Budapest Park, Lurdy ház, MVM Dome, Groupama stadion, Művészetek Palotája, Nemzeti Színház, 5-10 perc gyalogtávolság. Parkolás a ház előtt hétköznap 08-18 óra között fizetős (300,-ft/óra). Hétvégén ingyenes.
