Modern Paradise Island Condo with a pool

We had a fantastic stay here on Paradise Island. The unit was in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, transport. Felt very safe and secure. It was super clean, comfortable and was well stocked with all the promised items. Lots of parking avaliable on site if you rent a car. Samantha was super responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely stay here again and recommended to anyone heading to Nassau! Side note: the beach chairs with shade were amazing!

A casa era impecável, tal como descrita. excelente localização, a uns 10 min da praia e principais restaurantes e comércios. A casa estava limpa e possuia tudo o que era necessário para cozinhar, inclusive alguns temperos, café, açúcar entre outros. O único aspeto que apontaria, é a falta de um espaco para colocar roupa a secar, ou pelo menos que eu tenha encontrado. De qualquer forma, existe uma levandaria com maquinas de lavar e secar

Janet’s place was absolutely everything and more! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for my celebration! We wanted a quiet, private, walk out to beach paradise and let me tell you, Janet’s place did not disappoint! It is now my favorite place! Janet herself is sensational! She made sure we felt at home and had the best time. We also felt very safe. We will be back! Thank you Janet for sharing your beautiful and special home with us! Katie

La casa estaba bien y Michel es una persona muy amable. La única dificultad es que es un residencial en cual alrededor no hay nada así que lo que te recomiendo es que lo primero que hagas es alquilar un coche por qué sin él no podrás moverte a ningún lugar.

Loft in Paradise

Me and my partner stayed at loft in paradise for a week we had a great time, it was tidy, clean. Raquell was very helpful and always available when we needed informations. You'll find everything you need inside. it's a nice little apartment for two people, bigger than what you can imagine in the photos and in a quiet neighborhood near a nice beach to drink beers while watching the sunset. Only 30min walk from Junkanoo beach or Fish fry (Arawak Cay) and right after it's downtown Nassau so great location too. Thank you Raquell Now your turn to enjoy the loft in paradise

Kate's home is beautiful and the view is amazing. Pool and beach is a step away and home is a great location. Kate's home is spacious for a huge travel size, and there is a book with great recommendations and information. Close to restaurant, grocery, and very secure. The security team is also very helpful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us and will definitely rebook.

The home was just as advertised. It was a great place to stay, and it was nice having a peaceful neighborhood. I want to say Jasmine is fantastic!!! She went beyond what a host needs to do in order to assist with transportation during the stay and getting to the airport to fly home. She was always professional, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and above all kind. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was a pleasure. from start to finish!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Bahamas! Max and his family were fab hosts, very helpful and knowledgable about the island! Nothing was ever a problem. They were very helpful at reccommending places to go and places that can be accessed for free. They also made us feel at home and nothing was ever a big ask. The room was big, spacious and clean. The aircon was needed as was hot! They reccommended the Bahamar Sky bar, atlantis to walk around and see, we swam with turtles, sharks and saw some shipwrecks. Guided us in the direction of some of the beaches to include cable beach and cabbage beach. I would definitely book a hire car, this is one thing we werent aware of prior to arrival but Max sorted it out for us straight away on the first day no problem!

Accomodatie is precies zoals beschreven en zoals op de foto's te zien is. Alles was schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Fijne douche en bad, mooi zwembad met comfortabel ligbedden, goede barbecue. Heel rustige en veilige omgeving. De host is vriendelijk en flexibel. Zou het zeker aanraden!

Great great location! Precious and her daughter were wonderful! Close to everything .. gorgeous beach 1 minute walk! Watched the sunset there every night! Grocery store 1 block away. Super easy to catch the bus right in front of suite! Island time is real. We had such a great stay. Heads up. Make sure and request the king bed if that’s what you are after! It’s only on special request. I would definitely recommend Precious’ place to anyone visiting the Bahamas. Until next time !

Asiqua is incredibly friendly and willing to help. She drove me from/to the airport, and took me to the grocery store and restaurant to help me get food, which is extremely helpful to me who was new to the country! The place is near the airport so you don't need to worry about missing your flight. Besides, Asiqua's house has many adorable cats, bringing surprises to my journey. I will revisit this place next time I need to transit from Nassau!

Carla was an exceptional host, we were long term guests staying just over a month and Carla could not have been more helpful, I would recommend Carla completely, everytime we had a question or needed a recommendation she responded instantly, would definitely stay again.
