Escape to Mciver’s Cozy Cottage Suite, Close to Downtown

If you're looking for a couple's getaway, this is the ideal place/amount of space. However 3 or 4 people can very comfortably stay in the space as well. AT&T fiber internet, kitchenette including mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster, coffee/breakfast nook, king sized bed, the most comfortable futon you'll ever sleep on, upstairs patio, and High Def TV with cable and Amazon FireStick with HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video and ability to log in to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. This is an upstairs unit and most likely I will be at the property during your stay. You will have complete privacy should that be want you want, but I also love meeting new friendly faces. I am happy to provide recommendations and help you with your stay however I can! This property is in the Woodbine/Glencliff neighborhood of South Nashville, which has become one of city's hottest and fastest-growing areas, with tons of renovated and brand-new houses. There's also a straight shot into downtown from the area. If you are unfamiliar with the area, the way I recommend the most to get around is Uber or Lyft. Taking an Uber downtown during normal pricing will be somewhere around $7-9 and will save you a ton of headache from parking.

Minutes from downtown Nashville & BNA, the LilliePad is an entirely private efficiency studio on the ground floor of my home. Off-street parking in quiet residential neighborhood. Convenient to downtown Nashville (8 miles), Brentwood (3 miles), Franklin (10 miles), and airport. Walking distance to park with hiking trails. Perfect for your visit to Nashville and surrounding area. The guest suite is attached to my home, it is not a separate building or the entire house.

Enjoy this convenient south Nashville location. Close to the airport, next to the zoo, and a short Lyft/Uber away from downtown. Enjoy your private patio where you can grill out, play darts, and keep warm by the gas fire pit. Inside comforts include a king size memory foam mattress, large sectional with a memory foam pull out queen bed. Full kitchen, coffee maker, bar set up, TV, and high speed internet. South Nashville also has some of the best ethnic food in the city for you to explore!
