Located in the centre of the small town next to Naseby’s only cafe. Directly opposite the recreation and playground. Local pub and general store just down the road. Walking distance to the swimming dam and entrance to forestry full of mountain biking and walking trails. Our cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom a single bed in the nook of the lounge and a double fold out sofa in the lounge area. It is attached to the rear of the Black Forest Cafe and can offer room service during open hours

A pint and pie at the Waipiata Pub is a must do local experience. Naseby is a short 10 min drive away.

This is in nature, If you have issues with being in a very rural situation this is not for you... The lawn is mowed around you, beyond this are trees and long grass.. Quail, rabbits, mice, birds, possums, spiders are all happy here. You've access to 1 k of river frontage, good fishing, and a lovely swimming hole. Right next to the cycle trail , no wifi or t.v.
