A Home to Coziest Memories. Come experience life in a tiny "A" Frame home wit minimalistic living equipped with a lounge & loft. Located about 5 kms fr main city, guests can enjoy their stay in a place a little away from town which is easily accessible by 4 or 2 wheeler. Guests have absolute privacy as only one home is located in the property. To make their visit more adventurous, guests can explore scenic places of their choice on Cycles or E-Cycles which can be rented out fr this facility

Cozy Wooden Cottage in Shillong

Centrally located in the capital city of Shillong offering a peaceful environment, perfect for getaways/long stays/workations. The property is conveniently located near Pantaloons and is 0.5 km (5 mins walk) away from Laitumkhrah which is one of the main hubs of Shillong. There are two wooden rooms with an attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser, etc. Parking is available within the compound. Russet: The Folkstone Cottage

The Folkstone cottage room on the ground floor is your own private space with a seperate entrance ,own bathroom and kitchenette . The room has Twin Beds to accommodate 2 people and an extra diwan bed for lounging. The house is located 3 km from the city centre. Transport, ATMs cafes bars restaurants, shopping and other amenities are within easy reach. i Backroads provide for good walks from this place.

Roseville is located in the outskirts of Shillong (7km from city center) and is surrounded by the exquisite view which consists of hills and forests. The apartment is located on the ground floor, just below our home, having its own entrance, a drawing/ dining room and kitchen. A smaller store room is also attached.
