Charming Cabin located on a dead end road in a wooded setting. Ideal for four season activities. Walk to Long Lake for a swim or 15 minute drive to ski slopes, 30 miles to North Conway, 60 minutes to Portland or just walk the town of Bridgton to visit the restaurants and antique shops. If you like to snowmobile the (ITS) trail is 200 feet outside the back door. The Perfect vacation spot. The house has Wi-Fi (GIG Access) which is plenty of bandwidth for work or play. This cabin has all solid wood furnishings, real leather upholstery, 1080p 40 inch TV's in each bedroom and great water pressure! Perched up on a hill in a quiet neighborhood, our home is secluded & quiet yet less than 5 min. from Shawnee Peak and Moose Pond. We cut no corners while building this house and hope to have you soon!

Writers Cabin in the Woods with Sauna!

Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

We have the fortune of bald eagles in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

Welcome to Barrett's Cabin located in the foothills of the White Mountains with water views of Hancock Pond, 50 minutes to Portland, 35 to North Conway and 15 to Bridgton and Pleasant Mountain. Open concept first floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Carriage House has 2 bedrooms for an additional $50 per night. Driveway fits up to 6 cars. Enjoy outdoor patio, shower, fire-pit, private mini hiking trail system and quick access to snowmobile trails and public boat launch 1/3 mi away.

Situated on a beautiful lake with 350 feet of private shoreline the cabin is ideal for family gatherings or a small group of friends, it is not available for parties and events. A seven day minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) is required for July and August. Cozy up with board games, a book and enjoy the tranquility. We have firewood on the property for you to use. The docks are not in the water from October to April.
