Tucked Away in sunny Napier

Situated in the sunny Hawke's Bay, known for it's wineries, sun, beaches and friendly welcoming people. The Art Deco capital. The airbnb is positioned in the Napier South area, just a few minutes walk or drive into town to enjoy the sites, cafes, restaurants or a spot of shopping. Tucked away has just been redecorated with two clean and fresh bedrooms, two bathrooms with a new kitchen and all quality furnishings and linen. Lovely modern, styled open plan kitchen lounge flows onto courtyard.

Our Gem

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located accommodation. We are just a few 100 metres from Church Road & The Mission Winery, Taradale shops, supermarkets and some very scenic walks & biking tracks. We have fantastic restaurants nearby and easy access to both Napier City and Hastings. This home is warm and cosy having been recently renovated and is quiet with several area's to hang out and enjoy some Hawkes Bay sun. The beds are comfy and so is the couch!

Views on the Terrace

Character home with plenty of space split in 2 levels overlooking Napier and beyond. Perfect for a family or group looking for somewhere comfortable and central to Napier CBD & Ahuriri, both only 2mins drive. Large sunny decking ideal spot to enjoy a platter & drink. Double carport & easy flat access in a quiet neighborhood. Suitable for children. Pets can be arranged on request. Extra mattresses available for additional guests at no extra cost. Our cat Kitty lives here who will need feeding.

Studio on Milton. A cuddly cosy place!

Nestled high on a hill above Napier, an Art Deco city in Hawkes Bay , lies a bijoux studio, moments from the city. Its snug, and small, but has everything you need plus your own private courtyard.Please take time to look at the photos to avoid disappointment re the size of the studio.A private carport and just a 10 minute walk to the city. Netflix and You tube are available for your down time after a days sightseeing. Private and cosy, with a kiwiana ambiance. More suitable for short stays.

Garden Studio 142- Peaceful, Cosy & 1.8k to City

Come and relax in our sparkling clean studio located in the back of our peaceful garden. It is close to the CBD/waterfront - 3 mins by car or flat 20 min walk. Enjoy a private deck, comfy beds (either a king or 2 singles) , 2 lounge chairs, a compact well-equipped kitchen- hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven), tables for dining inside and outside, watch a good sized TV, freshen up in our modern bathroom. Off street parking & bike lockup. Free WIFI, no cleaning fee. No children under 10.

Enjoy a clean open plan space in a quiet neighbourhood. Relax with the whole family or a group of friends. Dog Friendly, fully fenced property. A 10 minute drive from Napier CBD and easy access from Napier-Taupo road this property is well located to access Napier and Hastings. Church Road and Mission Estate Wineries are a 30mintue walk or 10 minute bike on the Hawkes Bay cycle network The outdoor dining and BBQ in the garden is a perfect spot to enjoy the Hawkes Bay.

Relaxing studio with hot tub/pool/close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.

Sunrise On Churchill

Welcome to sunrise on Churchill Drive. We offer a fully self contained and private apartment set on the ground floor of our home. There are vast views through to the Marine Parade, Te Mata Peak and across the city. Upon arrival you can either check yourself in with a lock box or we are happy to let you in if we are home. A continental breakfast is included in your stay We welcome children and can accommodate for infants and extra bedding.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
