The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Note initial pricing is for 2 guests using one bedroom-if using 2 bedrooms please list guest numbers as 3 (for 2 guests) or correct number of guests for 3/4 guests. Pricing will adjust accordingly.

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

The American style barn house is discreetly nestled in the secluded tranquil grounds of Birdwood Park Estate, a small seventeen acre hobby farm bound by Balingup Brook on three sides and the Avenue of Honour on the fourth. Stunning views of the surrounding rolling hills and brook are complimented by the impressive oak trees. Despite the quiet rural ambience guests are only a very short stroll from the centre of the Balingup village.
