This apartment is located in the small and unique town of Islita. It is very private and secluded. It is located on the back of the property under our house. It has views of the river and forest. The river flows June to Dec. and is a major bonus! It is a 3 min. drive to the tranquillo Islita beach. The space is newly built and is clean, comfortable, safe and organized. You have all the necessities for your stay. Coffee, stove, towels, bedding, and we have reliable internet & TV.

Accommodations: The entire house is air conditioned. The third bedroom containing three (3) queen beds, is our VIP bedroom, with its exquisitely decorated master bath, a large tub, a glass enclosed shower, both with a ocean views. to the ocean. The private beachfront pool area and tiki bar are right out of a dream! With a full bathroom including a shower located behind the Tiki Bar, as well as an outside shower protruding from a tree trunk by the shower.

The beach house Costa de Oro is located 50 meters from the beach and is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fans. It has two bedrooms with space for up to five people, a private bathroom with hot water, a functional kitchen, and a cozy terrace. The swimming pool is right next to the guest house and is available for private use. The beautiful beach extends unspoilt to the adjacent beaches Playa Coyote and Playa San Miguel and both beautiful estuaries.

My place is good for families, with fully equipped kitchen and quite comfortable beds and air conditioning at the rooms The beach is safe to swim at low tide. If you think surf , all you’ll need to do is take a walk down the beach at high or towards high tide and you’ll find good uncrowded waves.

Very private, quiet and relaxing. Ideal to enjoy and observe all kinds of animals. There is no hot water in the house. The weather is quite hot and the water itself is not cold at all.
