The space is a newly renovated, tastefully decorated, one bedroom basement area, in a 1927 character home. Complete with all modern appliances, as well as some antiques added to enhance its charm. The ceiling is 6 '4" ( 1.93M) so if you play basketball this may not be a good match for you. Very centrally located on a quiet street, 2 blocks from the seawall and marina, walking distance to DT shopping, restaurants, pubs, Art Gallery, Port Theater, etc. 1 block to bus stop, 2 min. drive to ferry.

This private suite below our family home inclusively welcomes airbnb guest, friends and family 🏠🐕‍🦺🌈 Situated in the Newcastle neighbourhood of Nanaimo it’s just a 300 meter stroll to the Naniamo waterfront. A 15 -20 minute walk to Maffeo Sutton Park and the inner harbour. From there stroll downtown and visit the many bars, restaurants and shops. Visit ‘Tourism Nanaimo’ for festivals and events. Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

The townhouse looks out into forest parkland and is an easy five minute stroll through the resort to Rathtrevor beach. The beautiful sand beach stretches out almost a kilometre at low tide offering safe sandy beaches and warm water swimming.

Eagle Point Retreat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Located near the water in a quiet neighborhood with beach access nearby. A favoured area to walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the eagles soar. Close to shopping but quiet and secure. Free off street parking , No smoking , (Outside cigarette smoking area available) no parties please, and we ask that seafood isn't brought in due do a seafood allergy in the house.
