Situated on a 600ha farm in the Swartruggens district, 2h from Sandton and 50 km from Sun City in a Malaria free area of the North West Province. Accommodation for 60 guests. Guests can go for hikes, or cycle through the premises. Game drives on open game-viewing vehicles can be arranged. A variety of game resides on the farm including Kudu, Impala, Rooihartbees, Gnu (Blue & Golden Wildbeest), Zebra, White Rhino, Buffalo, Hippo, Nyala, Sable, Blesbuck, Waterbuck, Warthogs, Giraffe, Bushbuck etc

Mopani Elephant Camp offers an authentic, unpretentious 'in the bush' tented stay in Damaraland, Namibia. Featuring 50 comfortable canvas tents (twin steel-framed beds with full bedding provided) and canvas communal ablutions, the camp provides a peaceful off-grid sanctuary for self-drive travelers, 4x4 overlanders, and nature lovers. Guests enjoy a central lapa and bar area with limited Wi-Fi and charging facilities, alongside hearty buffet breakfasts and dinners included in the rate (DBB).

Riverside Tent, private and self-catering

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape, with its amazing view over the river. A Riverine forest and the mighty Okavango River. Abundant bird life to admire at your leisure, a small pond where you can see the Okavango fishes building their nests overlooking the lagoon. The wild bushbuck wandering passed. Fishing trips and boating are available, even cruises in a small river boat all to choose from. Forest walks through a natural riverine forest in your leisure. Nature at its best!

New Holme - Tented Camp

The tent sleeps 4 guests in 2 separate tent compartments. Fully carpeted, it has a double bed in one compartment and 2 single beds in the other. The ablution facilities are 30 meters away. It is pitched in the New Holme Guest House garden . There is a common lounge, dining room, bar area and a pool in the peaceful garden. Meals are available: Dinner @R270 pp – 3 course home-style meal Breakfast @R125 – available from 7:45 Activities are available as described in "other details to note"

Jackalberry / Mokhothomo

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Glamping under the Jackalberry tree, alongside the Boro river, north of Maun, on the edge of the Okavango Delta. The river gracefully passes by our unique Bar & Restaurant. Dine at our pizzeria, relax at the bar, soak in our pool, tan in the sun, breathe in the African bush while watching the wildlife on a guided river trip. Bathroom facilities are communal. Hand washing of laundry is available on request. Wi-fi is available at the bar.

Mbezi Tented Camp - Tent 1b

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Mbezi tented camp offers a back-to-basics, under canvas experience on the banks of the Kwando river. We have three cozy tented units, each with own private bathroom and hot water. Each tent has 2 single beds. Run by people who have lived in the area for decades and have a deep passion for conservation and hospitality, Mbezi is a beautiful place to spend a few days either exploring the incredible untouched habitat.

Bush tent

Our Bush tents are our cheaper one-storey option. These tents offer a centrally located sleeping room with two single beds, a terrace with seating, en-suite ablutions and grill site. All equipped with bedlinen and towels. There is no electricity at the tents and campsites. There are no additional cooking facilities, kettles, cooking utensils or crockery. You can preorder breakfast and Grill packs. You can charge your devices at the farmhouse.

Glamping in comfort between Maun and Moremi

Safari tent with breakfast included situated between Maun and Moremi Game Reserve. Elephant Havens, baby elephants rescue, is situated 4km from Semowi. All our tents have an incredible view on the river and the hippos. You will enjoy the sunrise from your bed. We are situated in an oasis of tranquility in the middle of nature. You can have a drink or enjoy a meal at our bar/restaurant which is also facing the Gomoti river.
