'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Magnificent Serene Farmhouse Retreat

Enjoy a relaxing break in this delightful farm setting. The area is full of activities, and the sunset views & kangaroos visit all year round. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with ample living space as well as a separate dining space that seats up to 60 people. Please note: no loud music outside after 8pm. The pool area enjoys magnificent views of the Goulburn river and farming flats. Note: We have two dwellings on the property, so the pool area is shared when both are booked.
