Quaint Cozy Studio w/ Offstreet Parking

Cozy little independent studio with safe offstreet parking. Parking area and property is shared with the main house, but there is lots of privacy with a large covered porch that looks out over a veggie garden. Basic amenities provided so that you can focus on experiencing the great outdoors in the nearby state and national parks or any of the other local sightseeing opportunities. It is a very cozy space best suited for a couple or single guest. Or travel with a pet - fully fenced yard provided.

Next to Redwood Acres and Sequoia park/zoo, We are nearby St. Joseph Hospital, a veterinary hospital, convenience stores, bar, restaurants, gym, grocery stores, and dispensary. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with two off street parking spots. The oversized covered front porch provides a weather protected outside living room area, ideal for gathering with friends and to enjoy the ducks and chickens that amble the expansive country yard.

The Guesthouse

The Guesthouse is on a quiet street surrounded by decorative trees on 1/2 acre. There is a private entrance to the second floor space. This is a brand new building with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, double shower, and washer and dryer. The bedroom has a cal king Tempurpedic bed. There is also a large, southern facing deck to enjoy the sun and views of the apple trees and extensive landscaping. The Guesthouse offers private, quiet accommodations in a clean, modern space.

Private quiet get-away home tucked amid stunning redwood trees provides a serene, peaceful stay. Cozy, bright, and intimate 1-bedroom tiny house with private outdoor area. Don't be fooled by her 264-square-foot size. Mini packs comfort in all the right places. Equipped to host just two optimally, but up to four guests — it has a queen bed in the snug bedroom, and a double (full-size) sofa bed in the living area. Our garage makeover project created a home with a small footprint but big on style. Blocks to the Arcata Plaza, near shopping, dining & bars.

My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
