Luxury King OceanFront Couple’s Suite

**Jan 1st 2025 - Mid Feb 2025, Potential for some noise between 9am - 6pm. HOA is replacing hallway carpet (outside the condo) a couple of floors at a time (Top floor to bottom) and will be painting balcony rails sometime during the time frame. Painting takes a day to dry. Thus, the reduced winter nightly rate. Please let me know for any questions!
