A dock, ladder, Muskoka chairs, firepit (with wood supply) and stone patio complete a very private waterfront. Added to this, towering pines, sunsets and wildlife give one a true cottage-country feeling while surrounded by the conveniences of high-speed internet, tv and a fully-equipped kitchen. Lake Muskoka makes for a perfect walking, skiing or snowshoeing path as well there are numerous trails in the area. The cottage is close to snowmobile trails and there is a rental company in the area that will deliver snowmobiles to the cottage. There is a grand Muskoka granite wood burning fireplace for extra comfort and ambiance.

The cottage is right on the water, lots of wildlife, great for bird watching, Large 4 lake system, miles of boating on Gloucester pool, then for a further adventure it is connected to Georgian bay by locks on the Trent Severn. Honey Harbor, Midland, Whites Falls and lots of provincial parks close by, great fishing, ATV and hiking trails, fish right off the dock

Cottage on the Muskoka River

The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.
