3 bedroom 2 bath Townhome Approximaley 2000 sq ft.

We would love to share our beautiful townhome with you. It is stylish and nicely furnished. It offers over 55 amenities from high speed WiFi to snacks , coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water in the fridge. It is on a extremely quiet street in a awesome area close to several lakes and the city. You can enjoy peace and serenity in the jacuzzi tub or sit out back and relax .Our home is extremely clean and offer it to guests who will treat it the same Self checkin . Welcome to Seagrass Cottage! Experience a lake town only 2 blocks from lake access and a few minutes drive to restaurants, Yogi Bear, boat ramps, amphitheater, the marina, and downtown shopping. Hit up all your local favorites right in the middle of town and enjoy a nice lake side walk around Lakeshore Drive at sunset or swim at multiple beaches around Lake Eufaula! A unique stress-free home situated in the North Lake Eufaula/Checotah area of Eastern Oklahoma. This stay blends modern comforts in a relaxing environment, with only a short walk to the lake. This home has 3 bedrooms with two queen sized beds and one full. There is a pull-out queen bed in the living room, two bathrooms and a spacious fenced-in backyard with a pergola patio and combination gas/charcoal grill. Long stretches of sandy beach within a few steps! All amenities of home in this 3 BR, 2 BA home. Spacious back porch where you can grill, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and beautiful view of the lake. Note: hot tub will be closed June-Aug. The beach is well maintained and the water is perfect for whatever activity you enjoy. Boat ramp about 1 mi away. Parking for multiple cars/boats. Cozy Duplex near downtown Checotah

Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax. There is plenty of room to sleep up to four people. There is a queen bed, a twin fold-out bed and a large comfortable sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Guests can enjoy free WiFi & High Speed Internet. There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what.
