Old Channel Cottage

This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

Beautiful lake view, fire pit, fenced, no pet fee!

Welcome to the Nauti Dog! This house is located in the Lakeside area and has a beautiful view of Muskegon Lake. It has been completely redone inside and everything was brand new two years ago! It is bright, spacious and comfortable inside! Come sit by the fire and watch the sail boat races or fix a wonderful meal and sit out on the deck for dinner. A brand new Weber grill was just added! You are just a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach and several boat launches. Just bring your clothes!

Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring to early fall. Its a quiet area back in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires, walks in the woods, or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We also can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs

Built in 1920 this funky musical themed cottage near Lake Michigan has the feel of being in the country but right next to all the things Muskegon has to offer. 3 minute car ride to Lake Michigan, a golf course and minutes from brew pubs and restaurants. Eclectic feel, decks, outdoor firepit, & grill all nestled up to the dunes of Lake Michigan. Pick mint from the garden, while spinning some vinyl, making a mojito! My place is close to Meinert Park and Lake Michigan. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoors space. The backyard is wooded, with multiple wildlife. There is a spacious deck as well as an enclosed sunroom. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
