Our tiny house, in the heart of Avondale, is feet away from the amazing Boone Park and walking distance from top dining and shopping while a few minutes biking or driving puts you in Riverside and downtown.

Beautiful Historic building built in 1927. Spencer's place is a charming and unique gem located 1 block from The Shoppes of Avondale. There are 46 bars ,restaurants,and shopping within walking distance. Our location offers amenities for young professionals traveling for work , fun couples weekend , or a perfect getaway for family time. Avondale is notable for fabulous dining , antique shopping , parks, fun bars and trendy boutiques . Our culinary scene is on the national map.

The Captain's Quarters o|--)

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.

You'll love this bright stylish second-floor apartment only steps away from the historic Shoppes of Avondale's bars and restaurants. This one bedroom, one bath is so inviting. The open floor plan with windows on all sides provides a bright and airy feel. Amenities such as off-street parking, ensuite washer and dryer, remote workspace, and fully equipped kitchen provide at-home conveniences. Rest and relax in a king-size bed after taking a hot shower or relaxing bath.

Quiet Private Entrance Backyard Guest Suite

Our small, clean, cozy, guest suite (about 220 sq ft) is located in our fenced backyard. It is detached from our house with a private entrance, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It isn't fancy, but it's a good space for spending a few days while visiting Jax. We offer keyless check-in and free parking is in our driveway. A queen Sealy Posturepedic bed provides ultimate comfort. The suite has a mini-fridge and microwave for simple meals (no full kitchen).

Stylish Private Master Suite With Private Entrance

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *This suite is apart of a duplex. It is attached to another Airbnb, however this Airbnb space is NOT shared with others. You will have this private place to yourself and just your guest will be in it with you. We all stayed at places while on vacation in cities that are far from entertainment at least once. The Riverside area is full of different restaurants, attractions, and entertainment options that will keep you full & entertained.

Pine Grove Studio A

A charming standalone guesthouse tucked next to the main house in the beautiful historic Avondale/Riverside area of Jacksonville. A queen sized bed & queen sized sofa bed each sleep two. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Roku TV and Internet access is provided. The Avondale shops & restaurants, Boone Park, & the delicious Pine Grove Deli are just a short walk away. There is ample street parking in the front of the property.

Located in Avondale, Jacksonvilles historic district, this Garage Studio offers everything one needs for a getaway or a business trip. Walking distance to the Shoppes of Avondale. There are multiple restaurants/bars/outdoor cafe dining all within walking distance in either direction. The 2nd story garage apartment offers a balcony with views into Boone Park. Fully renovated in 2021 offering a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private parking space as well.
