Apartment is modernly equipped , with all the appliences you would need for your comfortable stay in Zadar. Apartment contains two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and the living room with lovely view at the quite inner courtyard. Apartment is equipped with airconditioner, wi - fi, washing machine, dishwasher. The apartment is close to all city sights and museums, approx 15 minutes away from one of the best city's beaches - Kolovare.

Do glavnog trga ima 100 metara te do muzeja Iluzija i muzeja stakla ima 50 metara. Smještaj je okružen raznim restoranima i spomenicima. U blizini su mjesta za zabavu i ducani . Do plaze ima oko 10 minuta hoda. Do morskih orgulja i pozdrava suncu ima oko 10 minuta hoda.
