Recently renovated and refurnished, this apartment is truly one of a kind.

Easy access to the riverfront with a quiet reserve across the road below, with plenty of space to relax by the water, tie up the boat, or have a swim. The public boat ramp 600m away. Relax on the front verandah overlooking the river, in the open-plan living area or games shed at the rear. In a quiet community, a peaceful place to enjoy nature, but not a place to come if you want to have parties.

While offering a country setting this studio cottage is conveniently located only a 10 minute walk from the main street of Daylesford and a five minute drive to Hepburn Springs. Privately fenced from the main property, Little Gables is affordable accommodation for two. It is roomy, light and comfortable. A walk into the bush or a walk into town, both are at Little Gable's doorstep.

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
