Deze mooie nostalgische woonboot ligt aan de rand van Roermond midden in de natuur en het watersportgebied van Roermond. Op enkele minuten loopafstand bent u in het centrum, het Outlet, strand gelegenheden of een waterskibaan. Woonboot Monsin heeft alle luxe en faciliteiten die je nodig hebt met een groot (deels) overdekt terras met steiger. Tevens is er een grote tuin en parkeer gelegenheid. Het is een perfecte plek als je van natuur houdt en je Roermond en omgeving wil leren ontdekken.

Das Duisburger Hausboot Lore im Herzen der City

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Het knusse en basic woonarkje, genaamd L'Hirondelle, bevindt zich aan een rustige vertakking van de IJsel, dichtbij de Veluwe. Kom tot rust aan het water en geniet van de schoonheid der natuur. Wordt wakker met het vrolijke gezang van de zwaluwen die nestelen rond het arkje gedurende de zomer en spot wilde everzwijnen om de hoek in de Veluwe. Zin om naar de stad te gaan? Arnhem is makkelijk te bereiken met de bus, trein of auto.

Er even tussenuit onder de sterrenhemel in het oosten van Nederland. Het schip heeft een eigen stuk tuin aan het kanaal en is geheel privé voor de gasten. U kan daar ook barbecuen en in de avond de sterren goed zien. Desgewenst heb ik 3 fietsen te leen waarmee u de prachtige bosrijke omgeving met het coulissenlandschap kan gaan verkennen.

Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).
