This elegant 3 bedroom villa with an additional charming one bedroom cottage and private pool is surrounded by luscious gardens. It sits in a quiet residential area overlooking the turquoise ocean a few steps from the secluded and quiet Deborah Bay. Completely walled and gated for maximum privacy, you can enjoy the enchanted gardens and pool in complete privacy. Walk a few steps down to the secluded beach straight from the garden, or a four minute walk west to Beach Head, a long expanse of yellow sand. To the east a 10 minutes to the world famous “Shark Hole”, at low tide one of the best swim spots on the island. Conveniently just 10 minutes from Grantly Adams airport and a few minute drive to Sam Lords castle.

Welcome to Little Reef Villa! Enjoy a comfy retreat in this beachfront villa in Fitts Village, formerly a thriving fishing village. Take in all of St. James as you’ll be only minutes away from nearby amenities. The villa is great for couples and families. It's a great location for turtle spotting, snorkeling and swimming. You won't regret spending some time at the outside bar and BBQ. Have a glass of wine while enjoying the panoramic views of the ocean at the veranda after a peaceful sunny day.

A luxurious, modern villa, fully air conditioned, on a small complex of 14 villas. The complex grounds are fully landscaped and include a swimming pool and sun bathing area. You can sit on the balcony and look out to the Caribbean Sea, which is only a 3 minutes walk away. Fitts Village is only a few miles north of Bridgetown and a few miles south of Holetown where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. All of this coastline has stunning public beaches for you to choose from.

StJames stunning sea views

Westmoreland Hills is a brand new gated development consisting of 45 luxury private homes, all with amazing sea views. This villa aptly named Searenity is immaculately interior designed with 4 bedrooms all with en suites & a cinema room with a sofa bed. The villa sleeps 10 people very comfortably. It comes with it's own private pool & the complex has a large communal pool & gym. The famous Royal Westmorelands golf course is opposite & the villa has access to the Fairmont Beach club

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. Air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout. Fast WiFi. The villa is set in a good sized enclosed garden. Approx 10 min walk to a beach with water sports/sun beds for hire. Includes free access to a beachfront Members Only pool, less than a 10 min walk away. The Barbados Government Shared Economy Levy must be paid to my Management Company during your stay. The rate is 10% of the total rental cost. This is a legal requirement.
