The cottage sleeps two, in a cosy king-sized bed, with direct access to a shower room. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with log stove and views to the loch. Dufftown is 3 miles, Keith is 8 miles and the village of Drummuir is 2.5 miles Wifi service is limited due to location

The Tin Shed, Speyside

Nestled in the beautiful Glen Isla in the heart of Speyside, the Tin Shed is an idyllic glamping hut built in the style of the mountain bothies that pepper the hills. The Tin Shed is only a short drive to the Moray coast with its stunning beaches. Castles, great walks and over 40 whisky distilleries within 30 minutes drive. The local area is also an amazing place to watch wildlife with red squirrels, red deer, pine martens, osprey and dolphins a common sight. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Newley refurbished cottage in Craigellachie. Ideally located for the whisky trail this comfortable two bedroom property is close to the Speyside Way offering lots of walking and cycling routes. The world famous river Spey, with its salmon fishing is on the doorstep and with many of the regions distilleries close by this is the ideal base to explore this beautiful part of the country. The Craigellachie Hotel and Highlander Inn around the corner offer great food and outstanding whisky bars.

The Castle Byre

The 'Byre' is a luxury self catering cottage within a former barn at historic Parkhead Farm. It sits just 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle and has unsurpassed views to the castle on the hill. Being of contemporary open plan design, it retains the traditional look of the original barn interior with large exposed roof trusses and natural stonework. Underfloor heating provides discrete background warmth and there is a modern wood burning stove to give an enhanced level of cosiness.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Set in the grounds of the Innes Estate, near Elgin, this beautiful one-of-a-kind Gatehouse forms the entrance to the North Drive of Innes House. A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
