Ásinn Redouse 2, er 22 m2 studío í smíðum og er önnur íbúð í húsinu. Hún er á friðsælum stað í sveit, um 18 km frá Egilstöðum á Austurlandi. Íbúðin verður tilbúin 1. júlí 2026. Myndir sem fylgja hér eru úr hinni íbúðinni sem er stærri en útlitið verður svipað að innan. Íbúðin er með útsýni í vestur og kvöldsólin nær einnig á glugga í norðri. Húsið sem íbúðin er í stendur í túnjaðri. Víðsýnt er frá húsinu í allar áttir. Stutt er í ósnortna náttúru með fuglalífi, litlum læk og kindum á beit.
